Luis Rubiales' appeal against his three-year ban from football will be heard at the Court of Arbitration for Sport in November.
The former Spanish FA president was sanctioned for kissing Jenni Hermoso on the lips after the country's win over England in the 2023 Women's World Cup final.
His appeal to world governing body FIFA has already been rejected.
