League of Ireland referee Rob Hennessy has been promoted to Category One on UEFA's International Referees Panel.
The Limerick native refereed the final of the European Under-19 Championships earlier this year in Bucharest.
He has now been elevated to the second-highest level of in UEFA's rankings.
