Firies-native Richard Browne, Volkswagon engineer with the FIA World Rallycross Champion Johan Kristofferson, may be considering a career change.
It follows the decision towards the end of the year by Volkswagon to close its Hanover operation and leave the world of motorsport.
Browne, who lives in Hanover, says there is an option to work in other areas within the wider Volkswagen AG network.
