Tony Mowbray has stepped down as manager of Birmingham.
He's been on a medical leave of absence since February, after having surgery on an unspecified issue.
Mowbray says he won't be fully recovered in time to prepare for next season, which will be in League One.

Gary Rowett returned as interim boss in March, but he could not save the club from Championship relegation.
