Liverpool have agreed a deal to sign Netherlands striker Cody Gakpo from PSV Eindhoeven in a deal believed to between 40m-50m euros.
The deal was announced by PSV shortly after Liverpool had defeated Aston Villa by 3 goals to one in their first league game since the World Cup break.
Manager Jurgen Klopp was happy with his sides performance.
