Liverpool have agreed a deal to sign winger Jeremie Frimpong from Bayer Leverkusen.
They've triggered the Dutchman's 29-point-5-million-pound release clause, and the transfer will go through when a mini summer window opens for ten days on Sunday.
The short transfer window is to allow a registration period for teams taking part in the Club World Cup.
Celtic will receive money from the sale after including a 30-percent sell-on clause when Frimpong left Parkhead to move to Germany in 2021.
