The English Football League has approved a takeover of Leeds United by 49ers Enterprises.
The American investment group, which owns American Football franchise the San Francisco 49ers, has taken control from chairman and majority shareholder Andrea Radrizzani.
The deal is thought to be worth around 170-million pounds.
