A Kerryman has been appointed as the new head PGA professional at the famous Shinnecock Hills course in America.
Listowel’s Sean Quinlivan will take over the position in the coming weeks.
He is a previous winner of the East of Ireland Championship and has also represented his country on occasions.

Shinnecock Hills is widely regarded as one of the best courses in the world and has hosted the US Open on multiple occasions.
