Dublin dominated, opening a 2-11 to 8 points half time advantage.
The third quarter belonged to Kerry, a Joe O'Connor goal helping to reduce the gap to 3 at 2-13 to 1-13 after 52 minutes.
However, the Kingdom would register just one more score, a point, from there to the end.

They're away to Galway in Division 1 with throw in at Pearse Stadium at 1:45pm.
