Irish National Stud confirm death of Kicking King

The Irish National Stud has confirmed that Kicking King has died at the age of 25.

He won the Cheltenham Gold Cup under Barry Geraghty in 2005, the year they also retained the King George at Kempton.

Kicking King retired to the National Stud in 2008.
