Red Bull team principal Christian Horner says Max Verstappen won't stop being a "hard racer" despite his clash with Lando Norris at the Austrian Grand Prix.
The defending world champion was given a 10-second penalty for the incident which saw the pair collide.
Horner tells Sky Sports News, it's part of the sport.
