Eileen Gleeson says she's thrilled to become the new Republic of Ireland senior women's team manager.
The former Peamount United boss was confirmed as Vera Pauw's permanent successor, having already been in temporary charge.
Gleeson had previously said she wasn't interested in the role.

But today she told the media her position changed as time progressed
Gleeson says she’ll formalise her backroom team in the new year.
