The Friedkin Group has agreed to purchase Farhad Moshiri’s 94-point-1 per cent stake in Everton.
The group - who also own Serie A giants Roma - pulled out a deal to buy Moshiri’s stake in the club during the summer.
A Friedkin Group spokesperson says they are ‘focused on securing the necessary approvals to complete the transaction’.
