Nottingham Forest have been deducted four Premier League points for breaking profit and sustainability rules.
The penalty takes them into the relegation zone - with Luton moving out of the bottom three by one point.
They're the second top flight team to be penalised for breaches after Everton lost 10 points last year - which was reduced to six on appeal.
