Everton owner enters period of exclusivity over potential sale.

Everton have confirmed owner Farhad Moshiri has entered a period of exclusivity with The Friedkin Group over a potential sale.

If a deal goes through, they'd acquire a majority 94-percent stake in the Premier League club.

The company is owned by Dan Friedkin - who also has Italian club Roma in his portfolio.
