Shelbourne have announced that manager Damien Duff has signed a contract extension at Tolka Park.
The club have also confirmed the departure of majority Turkish shareholder Acun Ilicali.
In a statement, the Reds confirmed that businessman Mickey O'Rourke has acquired Ilicali's shareholding.

The Turkish media magnate is not looking for any of his initial 3-million-euro investment.
