Conor Gallagher is flying to Spain as he looks set to complete a transfer to Atletico Madrid.
Chelsea have accepted a deal in the region of 40 million-euro with the La Liga club for the England midfielder.
The London club have confirmed they would prefer to sell him to one outside of the Premier League.
