Chelsea have agreed a deal with Atletico Madrid for the permanent transfer of forward Joao Felix.
The Portugal international had a loan spell at Stamford Bridge two years ago and spent last season with Barcelona.
It means Connor Gallagher's transfer to Atletico Madrid should also be completed.
