Former Republic of Ireland assistant manager John Eustace has been sacked as Birmingham City head coach.
He departs with the club sixth in the Championship table, with five wins from their first 11 league matches.
Former Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney - who left MLS side DC United over the weekend - is expected to be appointed as the new boss.

Birmingham are understood to have already made an approach to the former England international.
