Adeleke in 400m semi final later

Rhasidat Adeleke will go in the first of three semi-finals of the women’s 400-metres at the World Championships this evening.

Sharlene Mawdsley is drawn in lane 1 for the second of those semi finals.

They get underway just after 8pm, Irish time with the first two in each semi plus the two fastest losers qualifying for the final.
