Everton have been deducted 10 points for breaking the Premier League's profitability and sustainability rules.
An independent commission has imposed the sanction after a five day hearing last month, where the club admitted it was in breach of the regulations.
The club say they're "shocked and disappointed" by the decision - with them launching an immediate appeal.

It would drop them to the bottom of the table alongside Burnley on four points.
