A new double zipwire in honour of a Valentia Island baby who passed away last year has been officially opened today.
Éanna Coffey of Knightstown, was born on the 7th of September 2015 with a very rare condition known as Epidermolysis Bullosa, commonly referred to as EB.
It is a severe skin blistering condition which needs constant care and attention.
He passed away on October 25th of last year.
Minister of State Jim Daly officially opened the new feature, of which there are only two others of its kind in the country, at Cracow Park in Knightstown this afternoon.
