Smaller towns on the Ring of Kery need greater funding

A Caherciveen Bed and Breakfast owner says more should be done to help tourism in the Iveragh Peninsula. Alan Landers is calling on the Minister for Tourism to offer funding and support to smaller towns on the Ring of Kerry. According to Mr Landers 250 thousand euros was made available to market Killarney, yet Caherciveen received nothing. He believes a plan should be developed to promote all of the Ring of Kerry and a greater effort is needed from Minister O` Donoghue and Cork/Kerry tourism.
