There were six bankruptcies in Kerry in the first three months of the year.
That’s according to the latest report from the Insolvency Service of Ireland
There have been 104 debt solutions approved in Kerry between the start of 2014 and the end of March this year, seven of them were in the first three months of this year.
That’s according to the Insolvency Service of Ireland’s Quarter 1 Statistical Report for 2017.
Of the 104 solutions approved in Kerry since 2014, 30 are bankruptcies, and six of these occurred between January and March of this year.
The remainder are insolvency arrangements – these are Debt Relief Notices, Debt Settlement Arrangements, and Personal Insolvency Arrangements approved by creditors and/or the courts.
Seventy-four such arrangements were agreed with people in Kerry between January 2014 and March of this year, just one took place between January and March this year.
