Shops and businesses in Kerry urged to enter ‘An Fhuinneog is Gaelaí’

Shops and businesses around Kerry are being invited to take part in the ‘Fuinneog is Gaelaí’ initative ahead of St Patrick’s Day.

An Fhuinneog is Gaelaí is a window dressing competition organised by Conradh na Gaeilge and Kerry County Council.

Businesses are invited to decorate their shop window and email a photo of it, along with their name and location, to [email protected] by Tuesday, March 14th.

Marks will be allocated for the use of the Irish language (40%), design (30%) and Irish goods (30%).

All shop fronts will appear on Eolaire.ie; the main winner will receive €150, with other prizes of €50.
