Sentencing adjourned for four youths charged with public disorder in Killarney estate

Sentencing has been adjourned in the case of four young people charged with public disorder in a Killarney housing estate.

The four are 20-year-old Neil O’Mahony of 178 Ballyspillane, 22-year-old Stephanie McCarthy and 19-year-old Denis McCarthy of 180 Ballyspillane, and 21-year-old Mark O’Callaghan of 126 Killeen Wood, Tralee; solicitor Padraig O’Connell is representing them.

They’re charged with offences, which include being drunk, obstructing the peace, and threatening and insulting behaviour on the 1st and 2nd of December 2015.

They appeared before Tralee Circuit Criminal Court, where Judge Tom O’Donnell adjourned sentencing until next Wednesday.
