A well-known Kerry tourist attraction is being advertised in one of the busiest transport hubs in the world.

Tourism Ireland has taken over a corner of New York’s Penn Station, in order to promote Irish tourist attractions, including Killarney’s Ross Castle.

The promotion, which is in partnership with United Airlines, is part of an Irish ‘takeover’ of the airline’s city ticket office at Penn Station.

The station serves more than 350,000 commuter passengers a day, according to the Irish Examiner.
