Road resurfacing works are to be carried out in Killorglin in the evenings and overnight from today.
The works on Lower Bridge Street will run for four weeks from 6pm to 6am, with a stop-go system in place.
The road will be open to two-way traffic each day from 6am to 6pm on a temporary surface.
During the evenings and overnight, delays can be expected and it’s recommended to allow extra time for journeys, with alternative routes also encouraged where possible.
The one-way system in the town will also remain in place to facilitate work on Mill Road and New Line Road during daytime hours.
