About the Role
Noel C. Duggan Structural Steel is hiring skilled Steel Erectors and Cladding Fitters with proven experience on structural steel projects and Kingspan cladding systems. You’ll join a respected team delivering high-quality industrial and commercial builds across Munster and beyond.
What You’ll Do

Erect structural steel safely and to spec (frames, beams, columns, bracing).

Install insulated panel systems and metal sheeting (incl. Kingspan cladding).

Interpret drawings, set out, align, bolt-up and fixings to tolerance.

Operate MEWPs, teleporter, and act as slinger/banksman as required.

Follow safe lifting/rigging procedures and site safety standards.

Work effectively with site supervisors, welders, and cladding teams.
What You’ll Need

Demonstrable experience in steel erection and/or cladding installation (Kingspan preferred).

Competency operating MEWPs, teleporter, and slinger/banksman duties.

Solid knowledge of lifting & rigging best practice.

Ability to read drawings and work to tight tolerances.

Current relevant tickets (MEWP, Safe Pass, Manual Handling; slinger/banksman an advantage).

Full driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.
