Public help needed to break world attempt at Tralee school

Spirits are high at one Tralee school which is pulling out all the stops to break a Guinness world record.

Mercy Mounthawk Secondary School is attempting to break the record for having the most ‘ghosts’ in one location.

But in order to ensure their ghostly goings-on are successful, they need your help in donating bed sheets.

This haunting is being organised by the 4th year TV, Radio, and New Media IT Tralee Event

Management Class who are also hoping to raise funds for the Kerry branch of Arthritis Ireland.

About 800 staff and students are expected to take smash the current record, this Friday, which stands at 263.

All donations of sheets can be dropped off to Mercy Mounthawk.
