Property report shows average asking price for three bed semi in Kerry increases 4% in a year

The MyHome.ie report for the third quarter of this year shows that the average asking price for a three-bed semi detached house in Kerry has increased by over 4% in a year.

The property website report shows the average asking price for that type of property in the county now stands at €150,000; representing a 3.4% quarterly increase.

The average asking price for a two-bed apartment in Kerry rose 17% in a year to €122,500 and a four-bed semi detached house is €189,000, which is an increase of 11% in a year, but down 3% since the previous quarter.
