Polish woman is remanded to Limerick Prison

The Polish woman charged in connection with the death of her three year old daughter in tralee last month has been remanded to Limerick Prison to appear at Tralee District Court again next Wednesday. An application for bail is to be made at Cloverhill District Court in Dublin next Tuesday by the accused defence team.Monica Paczwaska is charged with wilfully ill treating and causing unnecessary suffering and injury to her daughter at their home in Killeen woods between the 2 and third of August last. The child later died at Kerry General after receiving serious head injuries.
