The Motor Insurers’ Bureau of Ireland (MIBI) says Ireland may not have the highest level of uninsured vehicles in the EU. Every year, the MIBI pays out around €70 million in compensation to victims of crashes caused by uninsured drivers. Jerry speaks to Kian Griffin from Killorglin who is the founder of Ireland Underground, which campaigns for young drivers.
