Yesterday Sinn Féin councillor Robert Beasley told Jerry why he believes the Taoiseach and leader of Fine Gael, Leo Varadkar needs to apologise for atrocities carried out by the pro-Treaty side, on behalf of the Irish Free State, during the Civil War. Fine Gael councillor Bobby O’Connell disagrees with Cllr Beasley.
