Kerry senior hurlers have to travel up and down to Dublin on the day of the Joe McDonagh Cup Final next weekend because there is no hotel accommodation available in the capital or nearby counties. Kerry County Board have also had to pay a €13,000 deposit for the weekend of the footballers’ anticipated quarter-final game in Croke Park.
