PPN stands for Public Participation Network – a framework which allows county councils to connect with community, voluntary and other groups. They played a major role at the height of the pandemic – 34 thousand hits on their informative Facebook page, by providing sign language interpretation and by ensuring that vital COVID-19 information was translated into languages other than English and Irish. Anne-Marie Fuller, Bill Morrell and Maura Fitzgerald speak about the work of Kerry’s PPN and how they’re continuing to provide information and support to people.
