Plans for a twenty million euro development are with Killarney Town Council. Scott`s Gardens Hotel in the centre of the town are looking to partly demolish the existing hotel and transport museum situated in the centre of the town. The owners of the hotel want to build twenty extra rooms a new bar and restaurant but say will relocate the museum. Construction is expected to take up to two years subject to planning. Maurice Eoin O Donohue says the building works will effectively change the face of centre of the town.
