Plan which hopes to see fewer lives lost through suicide is launched in Kerry

The Cork Kerry Community Healthcare Organisation is launching a plan which hopes to see fewer lives lost through suicide at IT Tralee today.

Minister for Mental Health and Older People Helen McEntee is attending the launch.

‘Connecting for Life Kerry’ is a four-year plan which builds on community consultation workshops which took place last autumn in Killarney, Tralee, Cahirciveen, Listowel and Dingle.

It’s hoped the plan will be implemented between now and 2020.
