Pilot programme in South West to improve end of life care

The Irish Hospice Foundation is beginning a pilot programme in the South West focusing on end of life care. irish-hospice-foundation-logo “A Journey of Change” is being developed to improve conditions for a person who is dying and their family. The programme is urging residents of hospice facilities to discuss their end of life wishes with their carers often and early.
