Patients Together Group carry out survey on A and E units

No one from the county has contributed to a survey being carried out by the Patients Together Group into the impact and experience of enduring long waiting periods in Accident and Emergency units. It hopes to explore the quality of care offered while waiting in A&E for 12 hours or longer and the effects of waiting. Margarita Corry is a lecturer in nursing at Trinity College, where the survey interviews are being carried out. She says it is open to patients from Kerry.
