The Department of Health has reported 429 new cases of COVID-19 this evening.

As of midnight last night, the Department had been notified of one new COVID-19 related death.

Of these cases, 122 are in Dublin, 46 in Donegal, 30 in Limerick, 22 in Laois, 20 in Cork and the remaining 189 cases are spread across all other counties.

Fewer than five of these cases were in Kerry.

Kerry now has the lowest incidence rate per 100,000 people of any county, at 20.3.

That figure nationally is 84.3.
