North Kerry motorists warned of possible delays due to the Kerry Group Rás Mumhan Stage 2

Kerry motorists are being advised of possible delays due to the Kerry Group Rás Mumhan.

The 4-day international race continues this morning, when it departs Listowel at 11:00am.

The riders will leave Listowel and travel towards Ballylongford, Tarbert and onto Glin.

Once over the border, the riders will complete a loop of Athea and Carrigkerry before travelling to Ballyhahill.

The 130km stage is due to finish at around 2pm in Athea.

Motorists are being advised the elite cyclists will be travelling at an average speed of over 45 km/h, much faster than leisure cyclists.
