No-one has come forward in relation to missing west Kerry sheep

No-one has yet come forward regarding the theft of 45 sheep in west Kerry, despite a €2000 reward offered for information.

The in-lamb Scotch ewes were part of a 400-ewe flock grazing on the Cam commonage on Mount Brandon, near Baile an Lochaigh, west of Dingle.

Dingle Gardaí and the Department of Agriculture are investigating.

The ewes are missing from the flock of Mikey Joe Ó Se, the theft is valued at €8,500.

His brother-in-law Paddy Hannafin says the missing sheep have very distinguishable markings.
