Nine Kerry properties have sold under the hammer at the Allsop Ireland online auction.
Six of the properties that included one commercial unit, were sold for amounts above their reserve.
An office investment in New Street, Killarney, which is currently leased by Kerry Education and Training Board, has sold for €496,000. The property had a reserve of between €350,000 and €370,000.
Two three-bedroom holiday houses at Sand Dune Cottages in Banna Beach sold for €52,000 and €49,000. Both had reserves between €35,000 and €45,000.
Eight unfinished units on the Ballygologue Road, Listowel went for €66,000, far in excess of its €25,000 to €35,000 reserve.
Two vacant detached four-bedroom houses in Clieveragh, Listowel and Spunkane, Waterville sold for €135,000 and €191,000 respectively, beating starting reserves of €130,000 and €160,000.
A detached house that requires completion in Lixnaw sold for €75,000, while a vacant two-bedroom apartment in Waterville went under the hammer at €55,000.
An end-of-terrace, two-bedroom house at Urban Terrace, Tralee sold for €40,000.
