Next phase of Public Service Reform Plan published

The Government has published details of the next phase of its Public Service Reform Plan. Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform Brendan Howlin It sets out ambitious objectives and actions for the next three years – aimed at protecting and improving services. It includes freeing up resources by making existing processes more cost effective and efficient along with greater digitalisation. The plan also proposes using alternative models to improve service delivery – along with more openness, transparency and accountability.
