A teenage girl, who's originally from Tralee, is missing in Northern Ireland.

Molly O'Neill, who's 17-years-old, was last seen close to Lisburn at around 11.30am yesterday.

The PSNI says she was seen in the Glenavy area.

Molly's aunt, Alliance councillor Sian Mulholland, says the family needs to know she's safe and well.

The family believes the teenager may have travelled to West Belfast.

Cllr Mulholland says Molly is originally from Tralee.

It's believed she may be wearing a bright red Canada Goose padded gilet, white cardigan crop top, light blue ripped jeans and white flowery high top trainers.

The police in Lisburn and Castlereagh say if people have information, they may contact the PSNI on 00 44 2890 650222  / 04890 650222 and  quoting serial number 1948 29/07/21. If people are calling from the North of Ireland, they may ring the PSNI on 101 and quote the serial number.
