A new President is being sought for the Institute of Technology Tralee.
The position comes at a time of significant change for the college as it prepares to merge with Cork Institute of Technology to form the Munster Technological University.
IT Tralee was established in 1977 and now has around 3,500 students and 380 staff.
Dr Oliver Murphy was appointed as President of IT Tralee in June 2011 for a five-year period.
The Limerick man had held the role of Acting President for the previous five months.
Now that his term has finished the position has been advertised.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to apply for the post of President of the new Munster Technological University.
Applications will be accepted by the Public Appointments Service until March 2nd.
