If national government won’t help create industry in Kerry then we have to do it for ourselves.
That’s according to Milltown Fianna Fáil Cllr Michael O’Shea, speaking about the new Draft Development Contribution Scheme adopted by Kerry County Council this week.
The scheme, which promises significant levy reductions, was described by Cllr O’Shea as the most pro-development, pro-enterprise plan he has ever supported in 24 years as a councillor.
