Neil Horan is issued with antisocial behaviour order

Scartaglin native Neil Horan has been issued with an anti social behaviour order to ensure he does not disrupt next months London marathon. The former Priest caused havoc at last years Olympics by disrupting the mens marathon. In 2003 he dashed onto the track at the Silverstone Grand Prix. He was removed from the Priesthood in January.The Scartaglen native was yesterday served with an anti social behaviour order banning him from going anywhere near the London marathon course on April 17th. The order only applies to the day of the marathon and mr horan will not be allowed into any of the boroughs where it takes place. Mr Horan represented himself at the hearing in Camberwell Magistrate`s Court in South London dressed in a kilt and a green waistcoat.He did not oppose the order. Addressing the court Mr Horan said he had taken The Bible to the world stage on two great sporting events. He said he will not need to do it a third time. Speaking after the hearing he said its time to focus on his spiritual message rather than his protest antics.
