Munster’s Tommy O’Donnell has signed a new three-year contract with the province. The IRFU have confirmed that the flanker has agreed a new deal that will see him remain with Munster up until at June 2019 at least. The 28-year-old has made over 100 appearances for the province since making his debut in 2007 but he’s currently working his way back to full fitness after the hip injury he suffered during Ireland’s World Cup warm-up game against Wales.
